Boy's night in.

That's right, it's a Boy's Night In! Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Oh the stories I could tell you from tonight, but I'll have to change names to protect the guilty! :-P Just kidding. The highlight of my night was opening the 2nd big bottle of Bacardi!

I dropped the car off this morning at around 8:30 AM to get the 30K mile oil change and maintenance done, as well as get an estimate for the body work from the "incident" with the garage that happened a few months ago. And then it was off to work where I busted my butt working on a project until around 12:30. Then I went to pick up the Rav and was happy to find out that the body shop got most of the white paint off the front bumper and it looks quite good! So we won't really need to get any work done. **phew** And then I came home and took the boys for a walk.

Puck has been in pretty good spirits today. He was all perky and happy and just all around loving life. I decided to take them both for a walk, and Puck was the leader of the pack. He seemed to be ready to get out and about and had some good energy! Such a good thing to see! I've really been worried about the little man, and I hope that he is over whatever this was he was dealing with.

Tonight, Mike had a man date with his coworker. I was teasing him, and told him to shower and dress nice for his date. But I also told him to play hard to get, it drives a man crazy! (I read that somewhere.) He just laughed and said, "Whatever!!!" :) He went to a concert with his coworker, who's wife is on some yoga retreat. I was happy to not go to this concert or to the sushi dinner. I opted to stay home, eat frozen pizza and drink some Bacardi and coke! Sounds like a great night to me!

Well, this night turned into me fighting the dogs for a place on the couch. Cooper is the BIGGEST couch hog! He's not happy unless he's either on your lap or right behind you pushing you off the couch. And well Puck...he's easy to just fold up and tuck in the corner and he'll fall asleep anywhere. All in all, today was a good day. Nothing too exciting, but a typical day in the life of this housewife.

My husband should be home from his date soon, and I can't wait to hear all about it. Maybe he'll let me brush his hair, do his nails, and we can stay up all night talking about his favorite parts of the date! Here's to hoping this is the first of many man dates for him!!! :)

Good night world!
